1. Letter from ISSS to USCIS（学校国际办公室的人写的）
2. Form I-539 with application fee $300 pay to USCIS
I-901 receipt
3. Cover letter（写明为什么要转身份）
4. Original F-1 I-20 form
5. Admission letter with scholarship stated
6. Photocopy of my passport
7. Photocopy of my visa stamp
8. Original and Photocopy of my I-94 (both sides)
9. Photocopy of previous I-20 for F2
10. Certificate of financial statement
11. Bank statements of three months
12. Photocopy of marriage certificate and translation（就是结婚证和翻
译）

其中结婚证和身份证我都没有去做公证，就是把它们复印了，翻译成英文，再让一个中
国教授证明翻译无误就好了。
