-Research Trends, washes, fabrics and fit for denim to understand the current trend of the denim market and create suitable designs.
-Create unique design components, including unique styles, design details, and graphics
-Undertake extensive fabric research and select proper fabrics that pertain to vintage garments and unique designs for effective duplication.
-Find feasible solutions when fabrics do not perform as expected.
-Conduct the creation of all interior and exterior sketches. An understanding of denim construction and attention to design details (such as thread tex and spi specifics) are of particular importance.
- Research trims based on Concept direction and clearly list out the measurements and specifications to actual size on paper.
-Each season present new ideas for denim design
-Daily reports on progress
-Conduct fittings and adjustments on prototypes of the designs
