I have an independent Pool houses (with independent entrance) for rent, great for a single person. We are located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Pomona. We are 10 mins. away from CalPoly and Mt.SAC. About 3 mins. away from 10 fwy and 71 fwy. Current tenants are all students and working. Rent covers all of gas, water and trash, high speed internet and pool maintenance. Electricity is partially covered and the rest will be shared with other tenants. Laundry machine, kitchen and swimming pool are shared.
We have a opened pool, therefore, we can not accept any kids/infants or pets.
This is for 1 single person, it is a corner room so it will get hot in the summer. Street parking, quiet neighborhood. Nice tenants.
First available move in date is Dec.1st
Rent $600/month
Deposit $600. we can accept the deposit in two payments.
