the lady who run this rental biz is super knowledgable and responsible, I'd like rate her quality of service as 5 star (wish could be more) I've been surf around over 2 weeks from one to another for particular model, but the lady she gave me very supportive effort by finding me the car that fits my budget and desires, other than that she even give me FREE gps and car seat.....OMG......I never expect there's free add-ons when u rent a car...(if ya know what I am saying) well....I will definetely come back again and she will always be my first choice to rent a car at west coast of LA.
PS...sorry for typing in eng... as I can read but I cant write it.
