不同学校签发的I-20的SEVIS号码都一样吗？今天收到移民局寄来的信要求我把新学校的I-20寄给他们用作转F1身份。 并且这个新的I-20的号码必须要和以前上学的学校给我的旧的I-20一样（我去年7月份在上一个学校转过F1并且拿到I-20）。求教！这是怎么回事？？？

Request for initial and/or Additional Evidence
The program start date on I-20 lapsed. Submit a new properly completed and singed original I-20, with the same SEVIS number, from your present school or institution reflecting a program start date for the next valid school term. Do not submit I-20 with a new SEVIS ID number

恩 谢谢MRS LA。那他们要求的是什么呢？看那段英文好像是学校的开学日期过去了，需要交一个新的I-20。是这样吗？？？求解
the same SEVIS number 是SEVIS number, 不是I-20的号码
