Primary Responsibilities
Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff.Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.Logistics & Operations: Coordinating and overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Equipment & Facilities: Overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.Process Improvement: Analyzing and implementing strategies to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
