- This unit is in the 2nd floor and you have the entire 2nd floor. The 1st floor is the garage. Therefore, nobody lives in the 1st floor. You cannot park within the garage.
- There is no laundry (washer & dryer) hookup.
- 5 to 10 min away from many things (e.g. Target, Costco, Trader's Joe, Sam's Club, Walmart, many restaurants, parks, churches, schools, all different kind of supermarkets and etc)
