Hiring: Full-Time Office Assistant / Clerk Location: Walnut, California
We are a professional customs brokerage firm based in Walnut, CA. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Full-Time Office Assistant / Clerk to join our team. We offer a stable work environment, comprehensive training, and excellent long-term career potential.
Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Proficient in computer and office software (e.g., Word, Excel) Basic English communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated No prior experience required — training will be provided Cantonese proficiency preferred; Chinese reading/writing skills are a plus
Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Handle incoming and outgoing documents Data entry and client record maintenance Communication with clients and follow-up coordination General administrative and clerical support
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Weekends and U.S. federal holidays off
