·必须能够集中精力在软性和硬性项目期限内完成工作
·必须具有敏锐的紧迫感，同时能够管理任务和项目
·必须是一名自我激励者，能够在最少的监督下快速吸收新方法和策略
·必须具有阅读、分析和解释财务数据的能力、 必须具备阅读、分析和解释财务数据以发现机遇领域的能力
·必须具备使用整个微软办公套件的高水平能力，包括但不限于使用 MS Excel（数据透视表、中度到复杂的公式变化）
·必须具备至少 2 年的财务分析相关经验
·必须具备出色的书面英语沟通能力和口头表达能力
优先考虑（必备条件，但非必需）：
·他/她会说/读一门外语，如中文（国语/粤语）、越南语、高棉语
·工商管理专业大专学历，主修财务会计
·具有农产品批发行业工作经验
·注册会计师资格或同等学历
工作环境：
·他/她必须能够适应开放空间的工作氛围，同时仍能保持注意力集中
·他/她可能会根据需要在周末（周六）工作
·他/她必须愿意在早上 7:00 就准时上班

Summary of Financial Analysis Position:
This position supports key leadership in discovering strengths, and areas of greater opportunity when conducting deep-dive analyzing of departmental financials.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A professional who is well organized in nature, has a strong sense of independence judgment and can provide solutions that will help increase productivity and efficiency within a variety of inter-departments such as accounting/finance, accounts receivables (A/R), accounts payable (AP), and other related operational metrics.
Key Requirements (Must-Have's):
·Must have self-confidence in the work he/she commits to
·Must be able to stay focused on meeting soft and hard project deadlinesMust have a keen sense of urgency while being able to manage tasks and projects
·Must be a self-starter with the ability to quickly absorb new methods and strategies whiling minimal supervision
·Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data to discover areas of opportunities
·Must have a high-level of leveraging the entire Microsoft Office Suite that includes but not limited using MS Excel (pivot tables, moderate to complex formulas variations)
·Must have at least 2-years of related experience as a financial analysisMust have excellent communication skills both in written English and with the ability to articulate verbally
Preferred (Must-Have’s but not required):
·He/she speaks/reads a foreign language such as Mandarin (Chinese), Vietnamese (Vietnam), Khmer (Cambodian)
·College Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Financial Accounting
·Experience in the Wholesale Produce Industry
·CPA designation or equivalent
Work Environment:
·He/she must be comfortable to working in an open-space atmosphere while still being able to stay focused
·He/she could be working on weekends (Saturday) as needed
·He/she must be willing to report to work on-time as early as 7:00 am
·He/she must be willing to work overtime if neededHe/she must be willing to represent the Company in outside Company-Sponsored Activities on an as-needed basis
