Position Purpose
This position is responsible for overseeing outbound operations with a focus on ensuring accurate inventory control, including the handling, movement and tracking of outbound inventory. This position requires leading a team of pickers, labelers and loaders to ensure accurate order execution and maintain inventory integrity. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and solid inventory management skills are required. Also, responsible for performing inventory audits, SKU accuracy management, and continuously driving improvements in the outbound process.


Main Responsibilities
· Team Management: Supervise the picking, labeling and loading teams to ensure accurate outbound operations; develop and coordinate outbound plans to achieve daily shipping targets; use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage the outbound process; assign daily tasks based on shipping schedules and inventory needs; operate forklifts when necessary, including high-level pickers, clamp forklifts and three-way forklifts.
· Inventory Control: Establish and monitor inventory control measures in the outbound process; perform regular cycle counts and audits, identify discrepancies and work with other departments to resolve issues; maintain warehouse operation records and inventory flow records.
· Quality Control: Implement quality standards to ensure that outbound orders meet customer requirements and company standards; accurately grasp and manage SKU information; regularly check the quality of outbound orders and take corrective measures.
· Training and Development: Identify warehouse staff training needs and coordinate relevant training programs; support continuous development of employees.
· Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment; conduct regular safety inspections and handle issues in a timely manner; understand and comply with California labor laws and regulations to ensure that operating procedures meet regulatory requirements; work with the HR team to continuously implement compliance requirements, including workplace standards, employee rights and related document management.


Job Requirements
Experience: At least two years of warehouse experience, including at least one year of experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager. Knowledge requirements: - Familiar with warehouse operating procedures and logistics management principles; - Familiar with warehouse safety regulations and operating procedures; - Understand basic mathematics and measurement principles; - Familiar with California labor laws and warehouse safety regulations; - Understand quality control standards in the order fulfillment process; - Proficient in operating the warehouse management system (WMS); - Have English communication skills. Skill requirements: - Familiar with SKU management and outbound processes; - Proficient in using the WMS system; - Have supervision and coordination skills; - Excellent leadership and team management skills; - Pay attention to details, pursue accuracy and quality; - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; - Able to train and guide new employees; - Have active listening skills and time management skills.


Work Environment
· Need to stand and bend for long periods of time, and occasionally need to lift heavy objects;
· Fast-paced work, frequent activities, and need to deal with different noise environments;
· Have direct or indirect contact with warehouse staff and need to maintain good cooperation.
