Looking for a roommate for a room in a 3 rooms 2.5 restroom town home in a gated community in West Covina. We are near the 10 freeway, Mt SAC, Cal Poly, and not far from many food places. Will be unfurnished, but we can possibly furish.

This is a 2 story with a 2 parking space garage and many gated parking space. Shared kitchen with your own fridge space and laundry.

Male or female welcome, but you will be sharing a bathroom with a male. Also living here is a young couple. We are looking for someone responsible, clean, working professional or a student.
