On-site OP Team Leader
Description
l Shift work and staff scheduling including pre-testing, execution, completion, and report updates.
l Ability of multi-job deployment, use of warehouse equipment and simple maintenance.
l 1-2 years experience in overseas warehouse and 3PL operation.
l Ability to work with other teams in the warehouse.
l Efficient completion of work tasks and execution of warehouse operation KPIs.
Qualifications
l Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment.
l Must have U.S. legal work status.
l Can work flexible hours according to business needs.
l Fluent in Chinese-English.
Warehouse Operations Associate
Description
l Order Management: Receive and verify customer orders, accurately input data into WMS/OMS systems, promptly update order statuses, and communicate inventory availability.
l Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse teams to schedule container unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
l System Monitoring: Oversee warehouse operations via Overwatch, ensure data accuracy, and synchronize updates in WMS/OMS systems.
l Customer Service Coordination: Address customer complaints and resolve order exceptions such as stockouts, mis-shipments, returns, and urgent/abnormal situations.
l Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), arrange truck shipments, monitor order deliveries and FBA inbound schedules, and handle delays or lost parcels.
l Reporting & Data Analysis: Compile daily statistics on orders, inventory, and shipments; generate reports; improve workflows; and propose optimization recommendations.
