```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient routes and on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status
- Monitor and track shipments using transportation management systems (Oracle Transportation Management)
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve overall efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
```Requirements```
- Mandarin
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
- Familiarity with freight transportation processes and procedures
- Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) software for route planning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or other transportation management systems (TMS)
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Familiarity with fleet management software is an advantage
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
