Core Responsibilities
Lead the full product marketing lifecycle for the U.S. market, covering user research & consumer insight mining, product definition & positioning, and end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy development & execution.
Track post-launch product performance within the first year; conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews (e.g., sales, user engagement, market share) and adjust marketing strategies promptly to address gaps or leverage opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams: align product features with consumer needs, ensure supply chain readiness for GTM, and equip sales teams with effective marketing materials (e.g., product guides, sales pitches) to drive market penetration.
Oversee regional performance-driven marketing for the U.S. market (focused on measurable outcomes like conversion rates and ROI), rather than traditional large-scale awareness-building campaigns, to support the startup brand’s growth goals.
Bridge communication between the U.S. marketing team and Chinese headquarters; facilitate cross-cultural collaboration, resolve potential cultural conflicts, and ensure alignment with the global brand strategy while adapting to local U.S. market dynamics.

2. Talent Profile (Required Qualifications & Competencies)
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Science & Engineering disciplines, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. A technical foundation is preferred to better understand product features and collaborate with R&D teams.
Professional Experience (8-10 Years)
Proven work experience in FMCG companies (preferred) or 3C/electrical appliances industry with a track record in end-to-end product marketing:
Experience in translating consumer insights into clear product definitions and positioning.
Hands-on experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, including collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Experience in post-launch product operation, with a focus on weekly/monthly performance tracking and data-driven strategy optimization.
Strong regional marketing experience in the U.S. market: deep understanding of regional consumer behaviors, and a proven ability to run performance-driven marketing campaigns .
Soft Skills & Mindset
Cross-cultural collaboration ability: Open-minded and adaptable, with experience working with Chinese teams or cross-cultural groups. Ability to understand and respect cultural differences in communication styles, resolve cultural conflicts proactively, and build trust across diverse teams.
U.S. market acumen: In-depth knowledge of the U.S. consumer market, including local trends, competitor dynamics, and regulatory requirements, to ensure marketing strategies are locally relevant.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Able to articulate ideas clearly across teams, influence cross-functional partners, and balance global brand goals with local market needs.
Strong leadership in both business and organization development.
