Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting. This role requires expertise in cash flow analysis, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily bookkeeping to ensure financial accounts are used correctly.
- Monitor bank accounts remaining balance and cash flow daily.
- Monthly inter-company transactions reconciliation.
- Monthly bank accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for internal analysis.
- Inventory and COGS adjustments.
- Assist outside CPA with quarterly sales tax filing.
- Assist outside CAP with yearly tax return filing.
- Year-end adjustment entries in QuickBooks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience with analysis skills.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks.
- Familiar with Excel skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
