- 监督和指导分行的日常营运
- 制定并执行分行的营销和业务发展策略
- 推行有效营销宣传活动以增加店铺销售
- 建立及牢固顾客关系，提升顾客满意度及妥善处理投诉个案
- 确保分行达成既定的业务目标和财务指标
- 确保分行遵守各种监管和合规要求

"- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the branch
- Formulate and implement the branch"s marketing and business development strategies
- Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Ensure the branch achieves its business targets and financial KPIs
- Ensure the branch"s compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements

入职条件
- 具15年或以上本行经验，包括8年珠宝管理经验
- 熟悉珠宝业的产品、营销和风险管理
- 能操流利国语、粤语及英语及中英书写能力
- 擅长领导和团队管理
- 优秀的沟通和协调能力
- 具有强烈的客户服务意识
- 了解相关的法律法规和监管要求
- 熟悉POS系统及Microsoft 应用

**具更多本行经验及管理经验者或可聘请为分行经理**
- With at least 15 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 8 years in jewellry or management
- Familiarity with jewelry products, marketing strategies, and risk management
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively to achieve branch goals
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when interacting with customers and colleagues
- A strong customer service mindset and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure branch adherence
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft applications
