Job Description: Laser Engraving Machine Maintenance and Quality Inspection Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Laser Engraving Machine Maintenance and Quality Inspection Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting and repairing returned machines, performing debugging and quality inspections, and reporting issues discovered during these processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair returned laser engraving machines as required.
Conduct machine debugging and quality inspections to ensure optimal performance.
Promptly report and assist in resolving issues identified during maintenance and inspection processes.
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Degree in electromechanics or a related field; experience in machine repair and manufacturing is highly desirable.
Demonstrated interest in technical work with a willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs (primarily for unpacking crates and placing small machines on workbenches for maintenance and inspection; not required for prolonged periods).
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus; candidates will receive necessary training.
Bilingual in English and Chinese.
