Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify borrower information, loan terms, and funding requirements.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other internal stakeholders
to resolve any discrepancies or issues with loan files.
- Prepare funding packages and submit loan documents to investors or loan
servicers for funding.
- Review funding conditions and ensure all requirements are met prior to
funding disbursement.
- Coordinate wire transfers and other funding methods with financial
institutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of funded loans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
governing mortgage lending, including but not limited to QM, TRID.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and
compliance requirements. Familiarity with real estate settlement
procedures and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex loan
documentation accurately.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with mortgage loan
origination software (Encompass) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
