何振岱文化研究(美国)基金会成立于2016年,注册在美国加州的非盈利非政治性的组织,501(C)3。基金会秉持著弘扬中华传统文化,把中华文化的博大精深分享于世界各地,并坚持在传承与创新中搭建壹座文化桥梁。
“中华文化、世界表达‘’,让生活在海外更多的年轻人懂得欣赏中华文化的渊源所在,并将文化的元素融入到日常生活中。 基金会每年都会在不同国家举办壹次重大的慈善公益活动,让好的文化情怀根植于内心,让好的文化精神去滋养整个社会的和平与繁荣。
何振岱(1867-1952),是中国近代著名古文家、诗词家、方志家及传统诗学教育家,是“同光体”闽派总殿军,其家训“定无后悔惟勤学,各有前因莫羡人”,激励了四代人的人生。其后人遍布世界各地,何欣晏女士(第四代嫡孙女)有感于中华文化之深远,有志于将中华文化之博大精深传播于世界,特成立此基金会。

主要职责与义务
-管理所有项目进展。
-为合作艺术家创造一个支持性的、以成功为导向的环境,帮助他们了解基金会,促进他们与工作人员之间有意义的联系,促进后勤工作,并提供成功实现目标所需的任何其他支持。
-管理项目预算,协调资金需求,处理付款。
-与多方利益相关者合作,制作项目内容,宣传项目活动、计划和倡议,提高人们对项目的认识。
-研究和评估艺术家驻留项目的新机遇。
-在所有项目中融入可持续发展实践,支持社区合作与倡议项目制定可持续发展框架。
-跟踪、衡量并向首席执行官报告所有计划的进展情况
-寻找机会,扩大与当地、国家和全球社区的联系。
-与洛杉矶的个人和社区组织建立真实、可持续的合作伙伴关系。
-协助社区合作与倡议的行政流程和程序。
-支持特别项目和跨机构倡议。
-其他分配的相关职责。
教育和经验:
-要求能够说、听、读普通话和英语。
-我们优先考虑拥有艺术史、艺术管理或其他相关专业学士学位的申请人。
-具有艺术/文化项目或社区艺术项目经验
-与艺术家、文化机构和社区合作伙伴建立积极合作关系的良好记录

About The Cultural Foundations of Zhendai He USA
Established in 2016, The Cultural Foundations of Zhendai He USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit and non-political organization registered in California. The mission of the Foundation is to promote the traditional Chinese culture and art, to share Chinese cultural essence around the world, and to become a cultural bridge by blending the traditional legacies with modern innovations.
“Chinese culture, World Express.” Using the world’s common expressions to spread the Chinese culture to the young generations, is the Foundation’s way to attract more and more youth to appreciate their roots in Chinese culture and benefit them by incorporating the cultural elements into their daily lives. The Foundation aims to host major philanthropic events each year in different countries. These events will not only cultivate the roots of cultural sensitivities but also contribute to nourishing societal peace and prosperity.
Zhendai He (1867 - 1952) was a renowned poet, a modern scholar of classic literature, expert of local chronicles, and master of traditional Chinese poetry. He was the best exemplary of the old style of poetry, so-called the Tong-Guang-Ti, a modern branch of Min (Hokkien). For generations, Mr. He’s family motto-“hard-working will always be rewarded. Envying nobody’s luck, because everyone is blessed in a unique way,” has inspired his descendants of four generations around the world. Ms. Xinyan He, a 4th generation descendant of Zhendai He, has been deeply influenced by the profound cultural essence revealed in her ancestor’s work, established the Cultural Foundation of Zhendai He USA to promote the Chinese Culture and Art.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
● Manage all aspects of the progressing projects.
● Create a supportive and success-oriented environment for artists in residence by helping navigate the foundation , fostering meaningful connections with staff, facilitating logistics, and providing any other support required to achieve their goals successfully.
● Manage Project budgets, coordinating funding needs, and processing payments.
● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to produce Project’s content to promote and heighten awareness of the Project’s events, programs, and initiatives.
● Research and evaluate new opportunities for artist residency programs.
● Integrate sustainable practices in all programs to support Community Partnership and Initiatives in developing a sustainable framework.
● Track, measure, and report for all the program progress to CEO
● Identify opportunities to expand outreach to local, national, and global communities.
● Develop authentic, sustainable partnerships with individuals and community organizations in Los Angeles.
● Assist with administrative processes and procedures for Community Partnerships and Initiatives.
● Support special projects and cross-institutional initiatives.
● Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
● Be able to speak, hear and read Mandarin and English is required
● We give preference to applicants with B.A. in Art History, Art management or other related field.
● Experience in arts/cultural programming or community-based arts programming
● Strong track record of building positive, collaborative relationships with artists, cultural institutions, and community partners
● Proven project management skills and educational programming
● Demonstrated success in developing and implementing high-quality, innovative programs that attract broad and diverse audiences
● Excellent budgeting and financial skills
● Ability to communicate with diverse audiences
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment
● Flexibility and creative problem-solving
● Full familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
