Escrow is a third party company work with real estate agents to complete a sale of real estate. Our office is currently hiring an Escrow Assistant to help with office daily work.

Responsibilities:
Screen calls and respond to emails
Process escrow opening orders, initiate file set up, open Title orders
Order NHD， Home Warranty, demands, HOA statements/Docs, insurance, and other documents
Assist Escrow Officer in general processing
Performs other duties as requested
Accountable for client satisfaction, quality of work, and maintaining company values

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English and Mandarin
At least 1 year work experience (non-escrow is fine)
Real Estate experience preferred
Eager to learn and easy to work with

$18-$21 per hour
Office in Irvine
