Welding Material Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape to identify and pursue potential leads.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and engaging new opportunities.
Execute strategic marketing and sales plans, employing methods such as cold calls and email marketing, aligned with sales targets.
Collaborate with the product manager to anticipate market trends and propose innovative industry products.
Serve as a point of contact for contract opportunities and proposals.
Represent the company at trade shows to generate leads and enhance product visibility.
Maintain expert knowledge of our product lines, consistently conducting market analyses to stay ahead of competitors.
Coordinate with suppliers, delivering exceptional customer service to both new and established clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably within the wholesale sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Essential familiarity with welding industry technologies and applications.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, communicate, negotiate, and execute growth-oriented strategies.
Exemplary professionalism in all interactions, fostering a positive office and external environment.
Bilingualism in Madrian is a significant advantage, though not a requirement.
