We are seeking an Executive Protection and Residential Protection Agent. This primary role is to add protection, comfort, and convenience to the client's day to day life. They will also act as the client's personal chauffer during normal business hours with occasional business trips out of town. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of protecting high-profile individuals and must possess excellent threat assessment, problem-solving, communication and driving skills.


Responsibilities:
Assist with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures for client.
Assessing and mitigating potential security risks, and ensuring the safety and security of the client at all times.
Plan and execute safe transportation routes and provide safe and secure transportation to the client, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain a low profile while still being alert and prepared to act quickly in any situation.
Ensure the client's privacy is maintained at all times.
Maintain the client's vehicle in excellent condition, performing routine maintain ance and ensuring that it is always clean and presentable.
Coordinate with the client's staff, including personal assistants, to ensure the client's schedule is followed and any necessary changes are communicated in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Domestic travel for the client's business operations and personal engagements (when necessary).



Minimum Requirements:
Speak Mandarin Chinese fluently Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (when necessary).
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary.
Height and weight proportional; have a neat professional appearance and ability to pass a physical fitness screening. A valid government issued driver's license and a clean driving record is a MUST.
1 years experience in executive protection, estate protection, military or law enforcement
Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, such as long periods of standing with professional posture.
Have access to reliable transportation and a track record of being ON-TIME to work.
Valid EXPOSED Fire Arm PERMIT ISSUED by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (Employer is Willing to Support to Obtain This PERMIT)
Martial Arts Experience (Employer is Willing to Support Training)
AA, Bachelor's degree (or Some Form of College Education Preferred but not required)
Willing to adapt and be flexible with hours (as needed)

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year, depending on experience
