With 20 years of experience and over 700 employees, we aim to provide our distribution partners with the exact equipment specification to fit their parcel management solution needs. Typically, our distribution partners serve multi-family homes, commercial buildings, schools, amusement parks, and retail spaces. With hundreds of custom options, we can provide biometric authentication, temperature-managed lockers, custom wrapping, and more.
职位要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历，计算机、信息技术相关专业，一年以上工作经验。
2. 英文沟通流利，负责接听客户反馈电话，在线解决技术问题。
3. 熟悉服务器日常维护、部署。
4. 制定软件测试方案，精确反馈并协助软件开发团队解决问题。
5. 责任心强，能独立处理突发问题。
6. 合法报税。
