Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the maintenance of electric bicycles, such as troubleshoot and diagnosis of electrical system errors, testing and repairof mechanical parts, avoid miss checking and ensure the quality of maintenance;
2. According to the worksheet and the content of the mail, carry out the items receiving and testing tasks, respond to the Chinese customer service questions in a timely manner;
3. Assist customers to complete assemble and tune up ebikes;
4. Install and pack lithium batteries for bikes to guarantee smooth shipment;
5. Responsible for the filing of e bikes maintenance records, complee the application of purchase and the delivery process of maintenance materials.
6. Responsible for the cleaning of the environment in the work area, and take care 6S task
7. Complete other tasks instructed by the superior supervisor.

Requirements:
1.2 years working experience in bicycle maintenance;
2.Strong manual dexterity ability, good communication skill, and well behavioral character;
3.Proactive and hard-working; (able to lift up to 65 lbs, most of our cargo is boxed bikes weighing 30-85 lbs)
4.Familiar with basic computer operations, preferably bilingual in Chinese and English.

1. 负责电动自行车的维修工作，如电气系统故障的排查与诊断、机械件的检修测试,做到不漏检，确保维修质量；
2. 按照工单和邮件内容进行货品接收检测工作，及时回复中国客服问题；
3. 协助客人完成车辆的安装、调试工作；
4. 对车辆进行锂电池的安装及打包，保证出货顺利；
5. 负责车辆维修记录的归档工作，做好维修物料申购及出库流程。
6. 负责本工作区域的环境清洁卫生，做好6S工作；
7. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、2年自行车维修工作经验；（无经验者可培训上岗）
2、动手能力强、善于沟通，有良好的行为品格；
3、积极主动、能吃苦耐劳；（能够举起高达 65 磅的重量，我们的大部分货物是重量为 30-85 磅的盒装自行车）
4、熟悉电脑基本操作，懂中英双语更佳。
