Job Title: Ocean Export/Import Operation
Location: West Covina, CA

Job Duties:
- Prepare/coordinate the necessary documentation for all ocean export/import activities
- Create cargo pick up/transfer order, coordinate with carriers/co-load agents, confirm cargo availability
- Communicate with export/import related authorities, customer, and suppliers
- Shipment delivery arrangement, update customers/agents of shipment status
- Create and maintain customer files
- Provide customer service support with professional and pleasant manner

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree from college or university strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operation experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in NVOCC experience required
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication

- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Authorized work permit in US required
