Poundex Associates Corporation is a furniture importer based in City of Industry.
We are looking to find self-motivated individuals with the following skillset to provide daily onsite supports and participate in various IT-related projects.
Position opening: IT Technician
• Troubleshoot user issue with ERP software
.• Work with SQL server, active directory, and Hyper-V.
• Maintaining network environment, VOIP and LAN devices.
• MS Server Backups
• Deploy and troubleshoot PCs
.• Manage network printers and order toner/drum/repair from service provider.
• Provide support and communicate effectively with non-technical personnel.
• Other job duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting $20.00 per hour
Legal working status required.
