Compensation: $52,000 plus benefits

Our North American operation center is relocating from San Diego to the Los Angeles area and we are looking for a full-time Product Development and Technical Specialist to assist in the testing, implementation, development and support aspects of our business for our customers in the United States and Canada.
The person we are looking for will be the technical lead for a creative team of problem-solvers. You will have an excellent attitude, be helpful, communicate responsibly and completely love our industry and product line. You will enjoy your work and put your full effort forth every day.
Job Description
Provide technical support to customers and salespeople.
Conduct on-line training for customers and staff.
Perform quality control checks on equipment prior to shipping.
Do custom configurations for customers and demo appointments.
Assist in warehouse as needed.
Help to innovate new apps.
Coordinate new ideas and app development with vendors, customers, engineers and developers.
Become the North American expert on all of our products.
Contribute to the company’s product improvement process by identifying problems and recommending design changes.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of one year of direct experience providing product technical support to internal and/or external customers; help desk experience is a plus.
Technical knowledge of personal computers, operating systems (Windows, Android, Mac, and iOS), local area networks including WI-FI connections, and basic system administration.
Serious interest in being or becoming an Android expert.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin is preferred.
Desire and ability to provide outstanding customer service in all client interactions.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Bachelor degree is required, however a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
