A large tire import and distribution company in Irwindale, CA is seeking to hire an IT manager to supervise a team of 3 - 4 members.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Lead the team to ensure the smooth daily operation covering most of the following:
ERP system (Dynamic GP or any popular ERP), databases (MSSQL), network (windows active directory),
computers (mostly windows PC), servers (mosly windows servers), and other computer related
equipments.

2. Review and implement needed backup and security strategies to ensure continuity of operation in case
of outages or disasters.

3. Proactively work with various vendors to evaluate needed solutions, such as ERP upgrades, team
collaboration/efficiency tools, and data storage solutions.

4. Work with developers to develop/maintain data tools to support the needs from various department.

5. Evaluate IT related procurement needs.

6. Assist with e-commerce related system needs

Ideal candidate should poccess both strategic view and hands-on experience.
The following qualification are considered to be helpful to succeed but are not hardlines.
- Bachelor degree or above with computer science or CIS/MIS major, or equivalent work experience
- Have sufficient understanding of one or more ERP, databases, and the active directory network.
- Have experience or sufficient understanding of network security and pros and cons of various backup
strategies.
- Have adequate knowledge about database and software development, to lead/work with developers.
- Knowledge about e-commerce is a strong plus.
