I have two independent Pool houses for rent. We are located in a nice and quiet area in Pomona. We are 10 mins. away from CalPoly and Mt.SAC. 3 mins. away from 10 fwy and 71 fwy. Current tenants are mostly students and working. So we would prefer independent students with out kids please. One person per space. Additional person will be charged $10 per day. Small quiet pets might be considered.

-Deposit is $500 (can pay half one month and other half the following month)
