We are the fast growing shipping logistics company , searching for an Accounting Manager to join our Accounting and Business Management team. We are looking for a dynamic and organized candidate with strong financial acumen and attention to detail. This is a full-time position located in Santa Fe Springs.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and examine accounting records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business management operations
• Perform various audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Manage and process payment through quickbooks.
• Create new procedures to improve financial and administrative efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related field and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel a must
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
• Prior experience supervising and training staff with proven leadership qualities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work confidentially
