AA degree
Accounting skills in quickbooks and spreadsheet
Must have a reliable vehicle for running errands
Excellent time management skills
Extremely organized with always well prepared
Detailed oriented
Ability to perform a variety of duties, and to handle many tasks at once
Ability to meet deadlines and work professional under pressure
Ability to work both independently and with team members
experiences:
personal or executive assistant ( 1 year prefer )
quickbooks ( 1 year )
Bilingual- English, ( mandarin prefer )
Salary: starting at $36,000-40,000 annually
