Technical Engineer/技术工程师 (San Jose) 薪资面议 Job Responsibility: 1. Act as project manager and manage regional projects remotely. 2. Plan, coordinate, manage, organize project resources and activities. 3. Provide technical support to projects. 4. Provide onsite support for IT services at customer's office for 2 days per week. 5. Manage customer's IT devices that may include routers, switches, firewall, IP phone, PC, printer, etc. 6. Handle technical request and troubleshoot IT issues for customers. 7. Support global maintenance team for regional cases.
Requirement: 1.Must be US citizen, Permanent Resident or valid work permit holder. 2. Excelling in English and Chinese speaking and written. 3. 2 years' experience in technical support or implementation. 4. Applicable for one of following technical direction: Routing&switch, security, server and storage, virtualization and cloud computing 5. Experience in project delivery is preferred. 6. Good organizational and time-management abilities. 7. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
