【会计助理】FT/PT Assistant Bookkeeper ($25/hr)
Essential Job Functions
* Process customer invoices.
* Verify, code and input vendor invoices.
* Full cycle AP and AR.
* Perform weekly check runs.
* Monthly reconciliation of bank account.
* Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll.
* Posting of journal entries and inventory adjustments.
* Prepare sale tax filings.
* Other financial and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
* 2 years’ experience in a similar financial role with strong experience in accounts payable and receivable.
* Highly desired: Experience working with SAP program a plus.
* Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet assigned deadlines.
* Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
* Detail oriented with strong organization and analytical skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
