Engineer/驻场运维工程师 (San Jose) 薪资面议 Job Responsibility:
1. Provide onsite support for IT services at customer's office for 2 days per week. 2. Manage customer's IT devices that may include routers, switches, firewall, IP phone, PC, printer, etc. 3. Handle technical request and troubleshoot IT issues for customers. 4. Act as project manager and manage regional projects remotely. 5. Plan, coordinate, manage, organize project resources and activities. 6. Provide technical support to projects. 7. Support global maintenance team for regional cases. Requirement:
1. Excelling in English and Chinese speaking and written. 2. 2 years’ experience in technical support or implementation. 3. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, PMP, ITEL is preferred. 4. Experience in project delivery is preferred. 5. Good organizational and time-management abilities. 6. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
