要求：
· Loan application processing, including the collection of relevant information to comply with the lending policies
· The ability to provide an objective opinion on the quality of an application
· Good detective skills to identify any concerns, or opportunities, to provide quality loans
· Clear communication with management team about the loan and rationale for approving or declining
· Be able to write and re-package deal options and communicate these effectively to all parties
· Keep loan files in order and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
· Have strong customer service capabilities
