*【Accountant Manager】 职位要求: 1丶美国财务本科以上学历,熟悉美国税法为佳,流利中英文沟通能力;CPA 优先考虑。 2丶三年以上财务管理经验,熟悉财务流程和财务软件,可以独立处理AP,AR,inventory核算,可以独立完成财务报表; 3丶有良好的工作责任心和团队协作能力,沟通能力强,能适应高强度工作,抗压能力。 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:: - Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance. - Familiar with US tax law, CPA perfered - minimum 3 years accounting experience - Manage and perform the daily accounting functions. Perform all journal entries, accruals and prepare detailed financial statements. - Analyze financial results of various operating units, develop additional reports for analysis, make recommendations for improvement and closely track the results. - Interact with CPA firm at year end to review financial statements and tax returns and successfully achieve a set of audited financial statements. - Maintain the system of accounts and keep the books and records on all Company transactions and assets. - Prepare a detailed and timely a set of financial statements on a monthly basis in accordance with GAAP. - Prepare and present analysis of financial data for executive management; identifying trends, progress, and areas of improvement and concern. - Coordinate and prepare budgets, mid-range plans and forecasts to assure realistic planning and forecasting. - Cash management functions to include all aspects of: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job tracking and billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Bank reconciliations
