Residence surroundings:
Our apartments are in a gardenly uptown surrounded by greenbelt and bamboos. We are a peaceful land in the metropolis. There are parking places and 24 hours’ security guardians. All the buildings are equipped with closed circuit television and video control to grantee your privates and security.

Shopping:
There are several shopping mall, like Emart and Carefour, in the near. And a shopping center is just in the next block. With metro line 1 you have directly access to Shanghai Circus World and Daning Shopping Square, People’s Square shopping area, Changshou Road, Huaihai Road and Nanjing Road.

Apartment:
We provide well furnished apartments with area from 54 to 63 square meters. The apartments are in a 12-floor building with elevator. Every apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for extra visitors.

Facility:
Every apartment has Internet connection, wash machine, air condition, refrigerator, television, kitchen equipments, beddings and all furniture as in your home. There are warm water supplies around the clock.

Traffic:
The metro line 1 (Tonghe Xingcun Station) is only 800 meters away. With metro line 1 you have direct connection to downtown Shanghai: Shanghai Railways Station (20min.), People's Square (30min.), Huaihai Road (35min.), Xujiahui (40min.), Shanghai South Railway Station (45min.). And several bus stations are in the near.

Airport:
Our apartments locate near highways. To approach airports you won't have traffic jams as in downtown city. It is very convenience for arrival or departure from both Shanghai Pudong Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. There only 1 hour to Shanghai Pudong Airport and 30 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport by car.
