职务内容Tasks and Duties · Daily management / maintenance of day-to-day office operations which include managing reception for the office · Maintain appearance of the firm including office equipment, conference rooms, etc. · Create / maintain office management budgets thru Excel · Share ideas on team building / fostering a positive corporate culture · Ability to provide backup support to other administrative team members when needed · Assist Human Resource Director with new hire orientation, policy management etc. · Manage employee contact information · Provide benefit questions when needed · Assist with open enrollment activities
条件要求Qualifications and Skills · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university / college GPA 3.1 or higher strongly preferred · Possess a front of office attitude and corporate presentation · Microsoft Office Suite skills · Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Detail-oriented, organized and punctual · Ability and willingness to take initiative · Must be dependable, hold confidentiality and possess discretion · Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
