We are looking to add a motivated and driven individual to our International Department that assists with patients traveling from China to utilize our fertility services.
Duties and Responsibilities’:
· Greet all in office Chinese/International patients
· Scheduling patient appointments, including consultation, sperm freeze, physical exams, etc
· Maintain paperwork and documentations
· Translating paperwork, translation and coordination with clinical team for patient consults, medication instructions, injection lessons and surgery instructions
· Answering phone calls, ensure all calls/messages are addressed and returned
· Daily follow-up with cycling patients
· Occasional working overtime on weekends/holidays
· Other tasks given
· Mandarin Fluency is a must for this position
· Good communication skills both verbal and written
Any
clinical background is helpful for this position but not necessary. If you have
a background in women's health, you will be highly considered for this
position.
