回复亨特，我的出生公证是当初国内公证处做的，当初我申请绿卡时就是用的这个出生公证，就是白色本子里面有中文和英文共4页的那种。 子女申请父母移民，还需父母的结婚公证。来证明你18岁之前你的父母。

lucy大大封底是空白的啊，后来我就封面和其中4页一共5页复印寄出，之前寄的是没有封面的
在中国医院出生的孩子，医院开出的出生证明是中文。需要拿到涉外公证处去做一个出生公证。只需要告诉公证处这是用于美国移民，公证处有固定的出生公证书格式，翻译并公证。
年龄大一点的孩子出生时没有医院出生证明，就用户口本去公证处办理出生公证。
如果只做了一份公证，那么寄出去的都是复印件，原件自己收好，面谈时带上。如果做公证时做有几份，就可以寄出其中的一份。
我也不清楚了，到底是出生证原件的复印件，还是出生公证书的复印件呢？我女儿好像没有交出生证公证的复印件呢，只是出生证的复印件呢。请lucy解答，多谢了。
要求提供出生公证的复印件。有可能是以前的复印件有什么问题（复印不清楚/或者差封面或者差封底或者差其中的一页）。建议再完整地复印一份寄过去。

不是要你交原件的复印件吗，怎么是“原件”呢？
