我妈妈帮我申请绿卡，可是她自己2011年拿到绿卡后就回国了没在美国工作过，所以没有税单。现在让在美国的舅舅填了份I864作为担保人。然后我收到如下信件，还是要求我妈妈提供I864，如果不能提供则要说明理由。怎么办呢 急啊。。。。
还是说我要找个理由，写个statement 一般怎么说呢？

即使你妈妈没有收入，但她作为你的petioner申请人，也是需要填写I-864的。附上一份没有报税的说明。担保方面只要你舅舅的收入足够那么问题不大。
如上所说，你应该担心的是你妈妈的绿卡问题，到时候美国领事馆有可能要求你妈妈办理SB1回美签证，然后再批准你的签证。

你妈妈从2011年开始就没有回过美国吗？如果单就这个补件来说，你 妈妈还是照常交一份I-864，并写一个statement说明自己没有收入没有报税，就好了。你舅舅可以当联合担保人，只要有联合担保人，I-864这关基本不会有问题。但是问题在于签证时你妈妈的绿卡是否会被发现已经无效，最好不要自己主动去提你妈妈一直在中国... 太感谢了呀 差点铸成大错！我妈妈的绿卡还在有效期内，我准备个他的I864然后说没有收入就是了，如果能顺利到面试，看来我要想想面试问我母亲在不在美国的情况 怎么回答了。。。。

嗯，可是现在已经排到我了，实在给不出我妈妈的I864, 我想要不写个statement说明下，我妈妈就是等我有了绿卡一起举家移民的。另外提供中国房产证，有没有必要？起码说明下我们是有财产，打算卖房子一起去美国的。
不知道这样是不是可行？
