We currently have an opening for the following position:
Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist - Bilingual in Mandarin
Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to one or more Sales Managers
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activity with various departmental teams company-wide
Organize sales projects
Follow up on sample orders, sales quotes, shipping, testing, pricing, travel arrangements, creating and maintaining databases, etc.
Performs research and prepares reports as needed.
Perform research and reports as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high volume, changing priorities and deadlines
Requirements:
Bilingual in English/Mandarin required
Minimum one years of support experience (e.g., sales, customer service, product management)
Retail accounts on consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred
Wholesale, trading, import experience highly desired
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Good analytical skills
MS Office Suite proficiency, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Applications, Oracle, and/or Agile a plus
