We are E-Commerce company in City of Industry, seeking a
motivated office and customer service clerk.
The candidate must:
-Fluent in English with good phone manners, bilingual in Chinese is a plus but not required.
-Excellent written with email and verbal communication skills.
-Customer service/office experience is preferred.
-Highly skillful with computer skills, MS Word, Excel and Quickbook is plus
-Able to multi-task with strong attention to detail skills.
-Reliable, hardworking, honest, patient, and organized.
-Experience in online customer support is a plus.
-Willing to handle RMA
- have legal working status
