本公司由于业务发展，现拟招聘办公室行政助理和教育顾问，具体要求如下：
1. 办公室行政助理：
具备一定的中英文口语及读写能力；
熟练掌握Word丶Excel和PPT等常用办公软件；
需有电脑及办公室设备操作基础。
可以有效的与客户和同事沟通。
整理，扫描，归档文件。
接电话，复印，写简单的信件，出外邮寄等事项。
有办公室环境工作经验优先。
具备良好的工作态度和责任心
有绿卡或者公民身份
工资面谈
2. 教育顾问：
Acting as Outside school counselor to offer academic guidance to the student;
Writing monthly regular and academic report to the parents, Providing necessary support for the student during the school year;
Providing update information with their parents;
Writing bimonthly report about the student in Mandarin to their parents in China
Demonstrated background in interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
熟练掌握Word丶Excel和PPT等常用办公软件；
有绿卡或者公民身份
