2. 开展产品管理，定期对产品的收益进行管控，不断调整优化产品；
3. 协助制订项目产品与服务的筹备丶运营丶评估的流程；
4. 推出具有市场竞争力的个性化产品与服务；
5. 完成上级交付的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 美籍,2年以上产品开发丶产品管理的工作经验；有全产品或国际件工作经验者优先。
2. 能与外部客户进行商务谈判，有较好的商务拓展能力；
3. 中英文能力较强者优先；
