招聘: ASP.NET 软件工程师 (part time)
学历要求：大专及以上,
经验要求：1 ~ 8年, 学生也可以 as long as you have 20 ~ 30 available hours on project.
薪资待遇：$35/hr (technical development), $12/hr (play around testing ) or 面议 at present; If excellent, company stock is possible.
职位要求：
1. 精通ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET开发;
2. 精通 HTML, JavaScript丶WebService等，熟悉 ajax丶熟悉DIV+CSS；
3丶 熟悉ASP.NET MVC 架构优先 (prefer but not required);
4丶 精通SQL Server 2000/2005，熟练使用数据库的存储过程,掌握数据库性能优化方法；
5丶有项目开发经验，能独立承担开发任务；
6丶性格开朗，良好的表达和沟通能力，思路清晰，较强的责任心丶团队精神.
7. 不需坐班， 自定工作时间， 但要按project进度要求deliver and check in coding daily and report weekly.
8. You should have your laptop, Windows XP Pro/Windows 7 Pro with Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 or 2010 and SQL Server Express installed.
