This means that you can use your AB 60 license to identify yourself to California police officers if you get pulled over in a traffic stop. Because of this, do not present an AB 60 license to federal officials, such as ICE, CBP, or TSA, or to law enforcement in another state. Use caution If you present your AB 60 license in a state other than California, you may be at risk depending on the laws and policies of that state.
