Tax Accountant and Tax Accounting Assistant - 2 Positions - Irvine CPA Firm
Immediate opening for 2 positions:

Tax Accountant (Full-time position) and
Tax assistant (Part-time or Full-time position)


Ideal candidate should have (but not required):

* Tax seasons experience a plus
* Experience using ATX (or other tax software), QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Payroll a plus
* Experience preparing individual, corporate, S-corporation, partnership, non-profit and trust tax returns.
* Experience cleaning up QuickBooks files and assisting clients with finalizing their year-end accounting
* Experience filing sales and use tax returns
* Experience processing payroll and preparing payroll tax returns in QuickBooks
* Desire and skill to work directly with clients in person, on-site, online, and/or on the telephone
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software
* Self motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
* Organized, accurate, detail oriented, and task driven
* Good team player. Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
* Strong follow through and very detail oriented
* Bilingual in Chinese is a plus but not required
