Position : Producer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire process of short drama production, from content development to filming, including quality control and organization for release.
2. Manage daily communication within the crew, conduct business communications, and coordinate with the content operation team.
3. Control the entire project process, including business collaboration, script evaluation and revisions, selecting production companies, overseeing shooting, and ensuring the final product meets standards before release.
4. Identify and select suitable business partners based on project needs, and develop and execute collaboration plans.
5. Assistant general manager to deal with administrative works .
6. Fluently speak Mandarin and English.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in business production for short films, and a comprehensive project management background; successful cases are preferred.
2. Strong skills in collaboration execution and overall management, with a robust network of screenwriters and producers in the film industry.
3. Strong execution ability, clear logical thinking, and certain decision-making and cost-awareness capabilities.
4. Accept excellent new graduate.
5. Stong learning ability, desire to accept new things.
