Job Description
We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representatives. Comprehensive training will be provided during the onboarding phase. In addition, our sales department is supported by multiple design assistants who will help with drawings and quotations. We promise that your efforts will be rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide clients with proper product and service solutions.
2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
3. Develop and follow up on new client opportunities based on company-provided leads.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
5. Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Qualifications
1. Fluency in English (listening, reading, and writing) is required. An initial phone interview in English will be conducted, followed by a formal interview if successful.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
3. Several years of proven sales experience.
4. Hardworking, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
5. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
6. Knowledge of the construction industry, cabinets, or countertops is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $36,000-$120,000 annually

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
